SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SINGAPORE ORDERS -FREE DELIVERY on all orders above SGD 50/- -For orders below SGD 50/-, we charge a flat rate of SGD 3/- on all parcels. -All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of order confirmation -We ship all orders within Singapore through Singpost registered mail. -Delivery can be expected within 2-4 business days after shipment. -All parcels are trackable by a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the parcel has been shipped out. -We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and certain restricted areas within Singapore near the airport and military areas and installations. -We are unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place a separate order for every delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

-We provide international shipping to many countries around the world. -All international shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer. -Shipping rates are dynamic, based on the delivery location, actual and the volumetric weight of the parcel. -All import taxes and duties levied by customs are to be borne by the buyer. -We will work with you closely on trying to find, the fastest and cheapest shipping and delivery option available. -Delivery timelines vary, depending on the shipping option chosen. -Please contact us before you place an order. -We will not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes. -We are unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place a separate order for every delivery address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REGULAR RETURNS -If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund. -Only full price items can be returned. We do not accept returns on SALES or DISCOUNTED items. -If you want to return your item, please email us within 7 days of receipt of parcel. -Please let us know the reason for the return. -We will then advise you on the return delivery address. -The item has to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of parcel. -The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer. -We advise you to use a reliable and trackable shipping method for the returns, since we will not be responsible for any loss, or delay in transit. -We will start the refund process only after we have received and checked the item. -The item has to be returned in its original, unused condition including its original packaging, stuffing, tags, labels and stickers. -We will not be able to process refunds if the item arrives damaged, even if caused during transit. -We will coordinate with you on the payment method for the refund.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED /DEFECTIVE ITEMS

-We check and pack every item thoroughly before we ship it out. -We apologise if you have received a defective or damaged piece. -Please email us about this as soon as you've discovered the problem, latest by 7 days. -Please include written details and clear photographs of the defect or damage. -Once we have accepted this, we will coordinate with you on whether you would prefer a replacement, an exchange or a return. -We will then coordinate with you on the return shipping process and refund (if applicable) -We will bear the return shipping cost if any. -PLEASE NOTE that 'damaged or defective' items are only ones that are broken, torn or marred severely or destroyed during production or shipment., rendering them functionally or aesthetically useless. -Minor marks, lines, creases, colour or print variations, negligible measurement discrepancies, etc will not be considered as defects or damage. PRODUCT CARE

The care of our products depends on the type of product and the materials used. HANDBAGS -All handbags, whether made from Leather, PVC, fabric or any other material need to be kept away from chemicals such as oils, soaps, shampoos, perfumes, creams, lotions, cosmetics or solvents, as these may corrode the base materials or fade the colors and prints either immediately on contact or gradually over time. -Please also follow the same instructions for all the metal hardware and components on the handbags, like studs, rivets, buckles, zipper tabs, chains, hooks etc. -To help preserve your handbag in its best condition, it is advisable that you store it in its dust bag in a cool dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. -Please avoid wetting handbags made from leather and fabric. If they do get wet, please let them air dry completely before storing. -Please clean your handbag with a soft dry cloth incase it gets dirty. JEWELLERY -Depending on the style and design of the piece, our jewellery is made using a range of metals like brass, alloy and iron. All our jewellery is lacquer coated to protect it from tarnishing. -Additionally, we also use glass pearls, beads, stones and other trims and charms. -To prolong the shine and lustre of all of these elements, please keep it away from all types of chemicals such as oils, soaps, shampoos, creams, lotions, cosmetics or solvents. -Please do not spray any perfume on the jewellery. If you need to wear perfume, please spray it on first and wait for 30 minutes before you wear the jewellery. -When not in use, please store the jewellery in its sealable plastic packaging to avoid tarnishing. -Please avoid any contact with water while wearing the jewellery. CLOTHING -The care for our clothing depends on the fabric composition and trims used. -For cotton clothing, to maintain the condition of the garment, please dry clean the first few times of use. -You can then hand wash each item separately in cold water before air drying. -For some cotton garments, it is advisable to dry clean only. -Iron on medium to high heat. (Please test the temperature in a small part before ironing completely) -Please follow the instructions on the attached label. -For polyester clothing, it is advisable to dry clean the garment at all times. -Please avoid ironing.
