Can I change my details and address after placing the order or pre-order?

-ORDER DETAILS-Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to order details like colour, design, size etc. once the order or pre-order checkout process has been completed. So, to avoid any problems arising from this, we advise that you check and confirm the details prior to check out. -DELIVERY DETAILS- Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes in delivery address or contact numbers for in-store orders. This is because, orders are processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Hence we would not be able to keep up with updates and changes to delivery addresses. We request you to provide us all the accurate and updated information at the time of making the purchase.


What does creating an account with KANYEKA mean?

Creating an account is a short step in the check out process of a pre-order or a regular order. This step requires you to fill in your personal particulars and opt to create an account with us. Of course, creating an account is optional and if you prefer, you can check out as a guest. Please do note that regardless of whether you create an account with us or check out as a guest, we will need you to provide your personal particulars for processing your order.

As you are aware, we collect and store your particulars for order fulfilment regardless of you checking out as a guest or creating an account. So we highly encourage you to register an account with us. Creating an account will not only enable you to log in and update your particulars at any time, but will also help you check out faster during future purchases.

How do I create an account?

Since creating an account is simply part of the checkout process, it involves no more than selecting the 'create an account' option after filling in your personal particulars during checkout. As part of the details, you will be prompted to create a password that you can use anytime in the future to log in to your account.

What happens if I forget my password?

Registering an account with us also gives you the option of signing up for our newsletter. If you'd like to receive updates on stocks and restocks or about new collections or colour ways being introduced, pop-up events, discounts and promotions or offers and sales, do sign up for our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time if you wish.

Will my personal details be safe when I create an account?

We collect and store only the information that we require to successfully process your order. This includes your name, email address, delivery address, zip code and contact number. None of this information is used for any other purpose other than order fulfilment. We do not share this information with any third party not involved in your order fulfilment. What modes of payment do you accept?

Presently, we accept payments through all major international credit and debit cards. All payments are routed through Paypal. Once you have reached the payment part of the checkout process, you will be directed to the secure Paypal payment page where you will need to enter your credit or debit card information and complete the transaction.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to make the payment?

You do not need to have or create a Paypal account to make a payment for a purchase.

What currency am I paying in?

Since we are a Singapore based company, all prices on our website are indicated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only. For all domestic transactions, payment will be processed in Singapore Dollars. For all overseas transactions, payment will be collected in US Dollars (USD) only. You will be able to view the price in USD on the Paypal payment page. The price in USD is calculated by Paypal based on the prevailing exchange rate, which is also indicated.

Do you accept bank transfers or cash on delivery facilities?

Currently, we do not accept direct bank transfers or provide cash on delivery payment facilities.

How safe is my credit or debit card information?

As we do not process the payment directly through our website, we do not view, receive or collect any of your credit or debit card details. All your details required to complete the transaction are in fact collected by Paypal to facilitate a convenient and successful payment .
