We believe that you are going to love your KANYEKA handbag! However, if you are not completely satisfied with it, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the package, provided that it meets the conditions below. -The handbag must be unused and in its original condition, and must have all the tags, labels and stickers attached in their original form. -All packaging material, including inner stuffing material, protective coverings for leather, hardware and embellishments, etc. must be intact. -All branded packaging materials including the gift box, dust bag, tissue paper and card must be returned undamaged. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet any of these criteria.
If you have decided that you want to return it, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state the order number and also your reason for return. Please keep in mind, that the return parcel must be shipped out within 7 days of receipt, after which we will not accept any returns. Please repackage the handbag exactly according to its original packing. You will also need to pack the KANYEKA gift box in external packaging meant for shipping. Please do not write on, mark or stick any shipping labels or packing materials such as adhesive tapes or stickers etc. on the gift box. If the gift box or our other branded packaging are damaged in any way, even if the contents of the box including the handbag are intact, we will not accept the return and, hence, will not be able to process your refund.
Presently, we do not provide return shipping labels. You will be responsible for all costs related to shipping the package back to us. Please note that till the return parcel reaches us, you will be responsible for it and we cannot be held liable for its loss or damage in transit. We will not be able to process the refund for its loss or damage, in transit or otherwise.
Once the return is approved based on the condition of the parcel, we will begin processing your refund. Please allow up to 15 days for us to process the refund. We will not be able to refund duties and taxes paid by you in your country. You may claim refund for these levies from customs or import authorities in your country.
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on any of our handbags for any reason. We encourage you to check and confirm colours, sizes and details before you place a pre-order.
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong handbag, we regret the inconvenience caused. Please email us at email@example.com and we will liaise with you on this.
If you have received a defective handbag, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you should check and notify us about the defects as soon as you receive it. Please take detailed photographs and videos as evidence of the defects. We will review them to ascertain if the defects are from production or are damages caused during shipping. If they are indeed production defects we accept responsibility for this and will liaise with you on the way forward. If it seems that the problems have been caused by damage during shipping and delivery, you will have to claim these from the courier. Please also keep in mind that minor imperfections in the surface of the leather are not defects and are in fact caused by the natural grain of the surface of the hide, which we leave intact.
