Is domestic shipping complimentary?

Yes, we are pleased to offer free domestic shipping island wide on pre-orders of any of the bags in our collection.

What mode of delivery do you use for domestic deliveries?

We make all domestic deliveries through Easyship. This shipping aggregator enables us to choose the fastest and most efficient local courier to delivery your purchase.

What is the timeline for local deliveries?

All local deliveries should reach within 4-5 business days after despatch.

Do I have to pay GST on my purchases?

Currently we are not required to be GST registered so we do not have to collect any GST from you.

Can you deliver the parcel to any address in Singapore?

Although we ship all over Singapore, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and certain areas such as the airport, military areas, ports and other restricted zones. Please note that your signature will be required at the time of delivery.

Do you ship to multiple addresses in one order ?

At present we are unable to ship multiple items in one order to different addresses. You will have to place a separate pre-order for each delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What mode of shipment do you use for international deliveries?

Presently, we have partnered with DHL Express for our international free deliveries. Once we have despatched your purchase, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You will be notified by DHL when your package has reached your country. You will then be able to schedule a delivery according to your convenience. Your signature will be required at the time of delivery.

Which countries do you ship to worldwide*?

Is international shipping complimentary?

Yes. We are pleased to currently offer free delivery to 53 countries around the world. This complimentary shipping offer is valid for a limited time only and subject to change at anytime.

What about the duties and taxes in my country?

All international deliveries are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that you will be responsible for the duty or taxes levied by your country for international purchases. This amount will be calculated by DHL and collected from you in cash, at the time of delivery or by card payment online before the time of delivery. We advise that you check and confirm these applicable duties and taxes before making a purchase.

What is the timeline for international deliveries?

Once we have dispatched your pre-order, you will receive you purchase within 3-7 business days. This timeline includes the processing, shipping and clearing time required by DHL for delivery. If there are any delays caused by customs formalities in your country, natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be longer. As we have no control over these conditions, we hope you understand that we cannot be held liable for such delays. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon despatch of the parcel for delivery. You will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. You will be able to track your parcel at anytime with the given tracking number.
